When the fruit of the Dwarf Willow matures and the seeds are ripe, it bursts open into a fluffy ball of wind-dispersed seeds. Not to be confused with Arctic Cotton, which is a different plant, it can still be used, mixed with moss to make a wick for the qulliq.
